Rundown on the Rednecks: A brief history

We don't now about you but we always find it interesting how bands are formed and where the members got their start so we thought we'd share some of our history with you.

Junior (aka Jr or Dennis Kumm Jr.: lead guitar and vocals) started out just messing around on his dad's guitars. He didn't know how to play but definitely had an interest so his grandpa showed him 3 chords, 3 years ago. From there Junior started watching YouTube tutorials and driving me and Andy crazy showing off his new skills. Andy decided it was time to let Junior show his skills off at a local jam night and everything progressed from there. We decided it was time to start a band. We bought some cheap equipment and set up a practice area in the garage.

Now we've got a motley crew of musicians who have

became family. A group who's main goal is to have fun, entertain and hopefully inspire other new musicians along the way. We may have humble beginnings but we wouldn't have it any other way.
